How it Works

How Lidocaine, Choline Salicylate, and Menthol Work Lidocaine, Choline Salicylate, and Menthol is a combination of three medications: Lidocaine, Choline Salicylate, and Menthol. Lidocaine is a local anesthetic that works by blocking pain signals from the nerves to the brain, thereby reducing the sensation of pain. Choline Salicylate is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits the release of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) responsible for pain and inflammation, including redness and swelling. Menthol provides a cooling effect.
