How it Works

How Tranexamic Acid and Diclofenac Work Tranexamic Acid is an antifibrinolytic that prevents the breakdown of clots and controls excessive bleeding during menstruation. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that blocks the production of certain chemical messengers, known as prostaglandins, which cause pain and inflammation, including redness and swelling.

Side Effects

Common side effects of Tranexamic Acid and Diclofenac include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, heartburn, indigestion, diarrhea, loss of appetite, nasal congestion, sinus pain, sinus inflammation, headache, tiredness, musculoskeletal pain, and anemia.
